Returns and refunds

Unopened products in original packaging as purchased from us may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding freight charges). All returns of aerosol products must be sent via road-only courier or Australia Post road-only freight. You must ask at your local post office for a "road-only" sticker as it against safety regulations to send aerosols as regular freight, and we cannot accept returns that have been sent to us by post without the required sticker.

If you need to return any item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of sending your return (however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 14 business days depending on your location), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or Paypal to process the refund itself (1 to 5 business days).

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We will not disclose your details to anyone else for any purpose whatsoever. Absolutely no spam.
 
Security

All checkout transactions are carried out with fully encrypted data security. We use Paypal to process credit card transactions so that we do not have to record or capture your credit card details. Direct deposits are transacted through your own teller or netbank facility so we never need to know your account details. No sleepless nights from shopping here. Check the padlock symbol in your browser when in your account area, as well as the "https" prefix as proof of the secure zones in our website.

Environment

We care for the environment. The propellant used in fabric spray paint cans is food-safe, environmentally-friendly nitrogen. The fabric spray paint formula is non-toxic, no fumes, water-based. We recycle paper and boxes. We keep transportation to a minimum by locating our warehouse very close to the port of Sydney and national road distribution centres. We use low-voltage lighting and walk wherever possible. Our warehouse maintains a garden that is nourished by our composted office and kitchen waste. We're just about as green as we can be.

Human rights

All of our fabric spray paint products are manufactured wholly within the United States of America by Deval Products LLC, Lincoln, Rhode Island, USA. There can be no concerns about "child labour" or "sweatshops" with these genuine products. Beware any cheap imitations!

Standards

These fabric spray paint products conform to USA ASTM-D 4236 and are protected by US patents 6,616,975 81 and 6,824,078 82. Non-toxic and non-flammable, the products are transportable by road or sea as a "non-DG" or "non-dangerous aerosol".
