Example of delivery within Australia onlyDelivery destinations and timing


We can ship to virtually any postal address in Australia via either Fastway road couriers or Australia Post road-only freight (aerosols cannot be sent by air), depending on weight/location. Deliveries to Tasmania need to go by both road and sea. Delivery to most eastern capital cities is usually within a day or two, and many other major centres within a few days. However, regions that are remote or at considerable distance from Sydney, such as Western Australia, may take up to two weeks for delivery.

Our website connects to Australia Post for standard real-time shipping and delivery calculations. However, the timing estimates displayed by our website during the ordering process may be inaccurate as Australia Post automatically assumes the option of air freight for regular mail between capital cities. If you have a requirement that is particularly time-sensitive, please save your selections to a "wish list" and contact us for confirmation before finalising your order.

Pickup

If your delivery address is within the greater Sydney metropolitan area, our website will detect from your postcode that pickup from our wholesale dispatch office could be a viable option for you. Our dispatch office is located at 699 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044 (8km south of the Sydney CBD, not far from Newtown/Sydney University). If you select "pickup", a note will be left in your account area to advise that your order is ready. Login to your account at any time to view the status of your order.

Order status and delivery tracking

To get an update on your delivery, sign in to your account and check your order status. As soon as possible following dispatch we will change your order status to "shipped" and enter your consignment number for reference. Deliveries to remote/regional locations can take up to two weeks as aerosol products cannot be sent via air freight. Depending on weight and location, we send some orders via courier which are trackable online, and some by Australia Post road-only freight which are not. If your order status is "shipped" but your delivery has not arrived within a reasonable period of time, please email us and we'll do whatever we can to help. We are not responsible for goods once consigned to the carrier, however our carriers are generally reliable and lost consignments are extremely rare.
