Some other products you might enjoy below!
- Alum is used to pretreat fabric or paper before marbling to ensure that designs transfer clearly. It is also used as a mordant with some natural dyes.
- Add gall to marbling paint one drop at a time in a secondary jar or palette until the color spreads as desired. Gall may also be used to create voids in the design.
- JACQUARD UREA is a humectant that attracts moisture from the air. You can use urea, when applying dye solutions directly to fabric, as in tie dyeing or hand painting. It slows the drying process; therefore it allows more time for the dye to react with the fiber and yields deeper shades. Urea can be used with Sodium Alginate thickener for screen printing, painting or direct dye application.
